I have just returned from a holiday in Lanzarote (Nov 200 decided to have a trip on a quad bike so booked it with Megafun. Looking forward to it I turned up on the appropriate day and was very briefly shown what to do but was told that I would not be able to go on the quad bike but no explanation was given the instructor was very abrupt and I suggest he does a course on people skills before he ruins the companys reputation. I have been to Lanazarote many times and will be going many more times but after this experience will never be using MEGAFUN again this experience has been unacceptable.

Thank you for a great day out with your company while we were in lanzarote recently.(8th sept 200 It was one of the highlights of our holiday. it deffinatley was mega fun!!! an experience not to be missed on a trip to lanzarote. we had a great time. pass on our thanks to your friendly, helpfull staff. hopefully see yas again next year.
